Dishwasher & Kitchen Helper – (Part–time)
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of flatware, dishes, pots and pans and food preparation items
- Putting away above in their respective area in either restaurant or banquet area
- Organization and maintenance of dishwasher unit
- Clean organized dish/prep area
- Daily, nightly and weekly cleaning schedule
- Mopping and sweeping
- Break down boxes, collecting recycling and garbage
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Other kitchen clean up and maintenance duties as directed by Management
Qualifications:
- Flexible and energetic with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and busy kitchen
- Ability to work independently and trouble shoot
- Must be willing to work shift work: daytime, evenings and weekends
- Experience working in a kitchen environment in any capacity an asset
