Reporting to: Director of Food and Beverage

Job Description:

  • Ensures proper set-up of restaurant prior to opening
  • Follows the direction of the restaurant manager/ lead to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
  • Coordinates with kitchen and servers to ensure guest needs are met at all times
  • Interacts with guests in a manner that befits the Quattro culture
  • Helps create memories for our guests
  • Complete cleaning guidelines as outlined by management
  • Abide by food safety regulations safe food handling procedures and best practices
  • Ensure restaurant policies are adhered to
  • Provides excellent customer service to all guests
  • Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
  • Follows company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Qualifications:

  • Smart serve certification is an asset
  • Must have a strong, energetic attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willing to learn
  • Able to work shift work daytime, evenings & weekends
  • Successful candidate must arrange for own transportation home
