Seasonal Bartender
Reporting to: Director of Food and Beverage
Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper set-up of restaurant prior to opening
- Suggests and makes drinks in line with guest wishes to ensure positive guest experience
- Follows drink specifications and monitors guests as per Ontario alcohol standards
- Follows the direction of the restaurant manager/lead to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
- Coordinates with kitchen and servers to ensure guest needs are met at all times
- Interacts with guests in a manner that befits the Quattro culture
- Helps create memories for our guests
- Complete cleaning guidelines as outlined by management
- Abide by food safety regulations safe food handling procedures and best practices
- Ensure restaurant policies are adhered to
- Provides excellent customer service to all guests
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
- Follows company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Qualifications:
- Smart serve certification required
- Minimum two years bartending experience required
- Must have a strong, energetic attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong cash handling experience
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to learn
- Able to work shift work daytime, evenings & weekends
- Successful candidate must arrange for own transportation home
